Is installation really free?+

Yes — standard installation is completely free for all plans in our covered areas. This includes fiber drop cable, ONT installation, and Wi-Fi router setup. Long-run or hard-access installations may incur a small materials fee, which we'll tell you upfront.

How long does installation take?+

From confirmed application to active connection: 1–3 business days. The installation itself takes 2–4 hours. We'll give you a time window and send a reminder the day before.

Is there a lock-in contract?+

No lock-in for our standard plans. You can cancel or change plans with 30 days' notice. Annual plans are available for a discounted rate if you prefer a fixed commitment.

Is the data truly unlimited?+

Yes — no data caps, no fair-use throttling, no slowdowns after 50 GB. Every plan is genuinely unlimited at full contracted speed, all the time.

What happens if my internet goes down?+

Report it here on the website, call our 24/7 hotline, or Viber us. Remote issues are typically resolved within 45 minutes. If a technician visit is needed, we schedule same-day for reports before 12 noon.

What equipment do I get?+

All plans include a fiber ONT and a Wi-Fi 6 router — both installed free, both yours to keep as long as you're a subscriber. The Business Pro plan includes an enterprise-grade managed router.

Can I move my subscription?+

Yes — if you're moving within our covered zones, we transfer your service to the new address at no charge. Contact us at least 5 days before your move date and we'll arrange it.

How is fiber different from cable or DSL?+

Fiber optic cables carry data as pulses of light rather than electrical signals. This means no signal degradation over distance, no shared bandwidth with neighbors, symmetric upload/download speeds, and a more secure connection by nature.
