Are you PRC licensed?+
Yes — our core engineers hold active PRC licenses as Registered Mechanical Engineers (RME), Registered Electrical Engineers (REE), and Professional Mechanical Engineers (PME). We can provide license numbers upon request.
Do you handle permits?+
Yes — we process all types including building permits, fire protection permits, HVAC permits, genset permits, DOLE reports, and PEZA PTO renewals. This is handled by our dedicated liaison officer.
Is the initial consultation free?+
Absolutely. We offer a free initial consultation — on-site or online — and a detailed formal quotation at no cost. You only pay when you engage us for actual work.
What areas do you serve?+
Our primary service area is Cebu City and Metro Cebu including Mandaue, Lapu-Lapu, Talisay, and Consolacion. We also take projects in other Visayas provinces for commercial and industrial clients.

What is your payment structure?+
Payment terms vary by project scope. Typical structure is a mobilization deposit, milestone-based progress billings, and a retention release upon final acceptance. We discuss this transparently before any engagement.
Do you provide after-service support?+
Yes — all our installations come with a warranty period and we offer preventive maintenance contracts for HVAC, refrigeration, generator, and automation systems. Contact us for a maintenance agreement.
